aspell-lt software package provides aspell dictionary for Lithuanian (LT), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install aspell-lt
aspell-lt is installed in your system.
Make ensure the aspell-lt package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep aspell-lt *
You will get with aspell-lt package name, version, architecture and description in a table
